Our Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Lime, we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to cancel or seek a refund for the services you have ordered.


If you wish to cancel our services please notify us in writing. Depending on the stage of the project, we may issue a pro-rated refund of your deposit for the unused portion of the services that you have paid for in advance. However, if the cost of our consultation time, labour, and expenses incurred on your project exceed 50% of our quoted fee, the paid deposit shall be non-refundable, and you may even be required to pay an additional amount.


If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please contact us. We will work with you to find a suitable solution. A refund may only be issued if we fail to deliver the service we promised.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. All of our services will be provided to you as per your instruction. Your use of these services is on the condition that our liability for any errors, delays, inaccuracies or omissions in the work supplied which are directly attributed to Lime International Pty Ltd, will be limited to the resupply of our services to correct the work at no additional charge.
